How do I know if my system has .Net Framework 2.0 runtime installed?

For Windows XP and Windows 2000

  • Go to Control Panel
  • Open “Add or Remove Programs”
  • If you can see “Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0” in the list, your system has it installed.

For Windows Vista, it is part of the operating system and you don’t have to worry about it.


What language of .Net Framework 2.0 do I need?

Febees Backup should work on all localized version of .Net Framework 2.0.

Can Febees Backup transfer files which contain non-English characters filenames to remote FTP server?
